Luis Maria Palma is the President-Elect of the International Association for Court Administration (IACA), Director of the International Institute for Justice Excellence (IIJE) and President of E-Justicia Latinoamérica.
He is a lawyer with a Post PhD in Law, a PostPhD in Fundamental Principles and Human Rights, a PhD in Political Science, and a PhD in Sociology.
The State Legislature of Buenos Aires declared Luis María an “Outstanding personality in the field of Legal Sciences”.
For over two decades Luis Maria worked in judicial modernization consulting for projects developed by UNDP, USAID, NCSC, IADB and Eurosocial, among other international organizations and agencies.
He has run the National Direction of Judicial Modernization of the Ministry of Justice of Argentina and served honorarily as General Coordinator of the National Judicial Management Commission of the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina.
To the present, Luis Maria has taught 320 graduate courses and workshops in universities and judicial colleges of America and Europe, covering subjects as: Case Management, Court Administration, Judicial Government, Law & Economics, Model Courts, New Public Management, Institutional and Quality Evaluation, and Integral Time Management. He has participated of more than 200 national and international congresses, conferences, and webinars.
Luis Maria Palma is currently working in the development of judicial modernization, design of new court models and training programs in Latin America.
