FABRÍCIO BITTENCOURT DA CRUZ the former Secretary-General of the Brazilian National Council of Justice. He is a Federal Judge and also works as International Law Ph.D Professor at State University of Ponta Grossa – School of Law.

Fabrício is the Leader of the MindTheGap Innovation in Law Project, whose core is the application and creation of Information Technology solutions to legal processes and procedures, in particular the applicability of Artificial Intelligence techniques to legal knowledge.

TEDx Speaker on the theme “The New Art of Teaching”, Fabrício gives lectures on Innovation in Law and in the Administration of Justice, highlighting the performances in London, Lisbon, The Hague and Washington.

Fabrício also explores new possibilities in the art of teaching through the use of new technologies such as YouTube, IGTV and Distance Learning platforms. The main question is: "Can we, more than just think differently, do something really different in education in the era of Revolution 4.0?”
