Baycha Isik is the main website administrator of the International Institute for Justice Excellence. She also supports the organization as a hybrid-online coordinator.

In 2025-2026, she was awarded the U.S. Fulbright grant to Cyprus as an English Teaching Assistant (ETA). In 2024, she was awarded the U.S. Critical Language Scholarship for Turkish. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2024.
